The “stripped down version” of THIS, dog house, will include the following amenities: Internal walls, floor (standing 3.5
inches off the ground), deck, ceiling, electrical panel, external light, pitched roof (and shingles), 3 switches,
stained/painted wood siding, wood frame, insulated floor ceiling & walls, electrical plug leading to the, Dog House, and
trim related items.  This Item typically runs $21.00 per INTERNAL cubic foot (Length x Width x Height in feet) for every
dog house over 125 Cubic Feet & $25.00 per Cubic Foot for all dog houses under 125 Cubic Feet (see the above "wavy
text for further info....

like for this specific model: Length x Width x Height (in feet)
and then multiply it by the amount per Cubic Foot.  This will be
your initial Base Price Cost for THIS model (before sales tax).

Simply mark the amenities you want (stated directly to the left)
and add their price to the base price calculated above.  This
will be your Subtotal.

Multiply your Subtotal x .07 (Minnesota Sales Tax).  This is the
tax charged on your item:

the total cost of your unit.
