| Building Plans are not being offered at this time for several reasons: 1) We very much enjoy building them ourselves. 2) It would take a tremendous amount of time to develop and package a building plan (on each unit), in an easy to understand, customer friendly format. 3) Overall conclusions on what should be charged on such a plan have not came to fruition. 4) It is unclear what our liabilities, associated with thereof, would be. |
